Every Olhausen pool table has the same internal engineering that lasts a generation, including:
- Patented pure gum rubber Accu-Fast® cushions that never cracks
- Uniliner® slate support body that keeps slate flat and level while minimizing wood movement; this proprietary component is supremely strong and supports intense weight
- One inch thick diamond-honed slate that ensures true play always
- Top-grade, slow growth Northeastern hardwoods like mahogany, maple, oak, cherry, walnut, poplar/tulipwood and hickory that retain tight grain patterns
- Factory pre-fit frame construction; unlike Chinese-built tables that are assembled in your home, each Olhausen table is pre-leveled and squared for quality control before shipping
- T-Nut rail construction that won’t bend as a result of its longer thread grip
- Slate liner framing for quieter play and less vibration, and a Lifetime Warranty that says it all.
Cost differences are based in the detail of the table, rather than the engineering. In other words, whatever series or model you buy has the same core innards and components. It’s the wood, the styling and the carvings where cost factors in

The Traditional Series are our least expensive tables. But no expense has been spared on the inside. These models share the same engineering as every other Olhausen pool table—without the expense of exterior, solid woods and carvings. At the same time, the frame ‘look’ has a uniform smoothness and grain continuity that looks expensive.
The Reno Pool table is made from Solid Wood and features a traditional style arched cabinet design with classic tapered legs. All Olhausen Pool tables are hand-crafted at our 250,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Portland, TN and feature Accu-Fast Cushions and our Lifetime Warranty.
