2. Quotes, Custom Orders, and Pricing

• Custom Nature of Goods: Due to the specialized craftsmanship, specific hardwoods, and tailored components (such as slate sizes and felt selections) involved in game room furniture, individual online pricing may vary or require a formal consultation.
• Accuracy of Quotes: Estimates and formal quotes provided via email, phone, or website forms are valid for 30 days unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Modifications & Cancellations: Because custom items are constructed to client specifications, once raw materials are committed or manufacturing has begun, orders may not be cancelled or modified without losing the initial non-refundable deposit.

3. Shipping, Heavy Freight, and Installation

• Freight and Size Requirements: Game room furniture, pool tables, and shuffleboards are high-weight, large-scale items. Customers are responsible for verifying room dimensions and clear entry pathways prior to delivery.
• White-Glove Assembly: To preserve the integrity of premium slates, seamless play surfaces, and to protect the Olhausen manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty on Olhausen Pool Tables and Shuffleboard Tables, professional, factory-authorized installation is strongly recommended for additional fees, and if the buyer agrees to the additional fee, it will be scheduled independently during the checkout process.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the client upon the physical transfer of the items to the designated delivery address.

All text, logos, custom graphics, video media (including guides and measurements), and digital assets present on this platform are the intellectual property of Olhausen Gamerooms, Inc. or are utilized with express permission from product manufacturers.
