When Sam and Travis showed up to deliver and setup our pool table, they were extremely nice, very thorough, and informative. We recently ordered a pool table from Olhausen for our new home, and based on our experience, we HIGHLY recommend working with Brian and his team. We initially went into the showroom on a Sunday afternoon... read more when Brian was away at a tradeshow, but the guy in the showroom got Brian on the phone, and we were able to customize the table we wanted down to the smallest detail. We were hoping to have the table in time for my 50th birthday party, but when the timeline didn't work out, Brian offered us a loaner table for free! His team delivered the loaner table in time for the party, and it was a big hit! When our custom table came in, the extremely competent and professional delivery team brought it out and set it up with great care. We didn't love the balls that came with the table, and Brian was great about switching them out for us. Brian is definitely a customer-first businessman, and it really comes through! We LOVE our new pool table, and know that if we ever have any issues with it, Brian will take great care of us.
